This notice covers the MATOSI staff sign-in review preview, operated by Matosi Nigeria Limited.

Phone numbers and codes typed here are not submitted, saved by this page or sent to an SMS service. Sending and verification are disabled. The page has no analytics scripts, advertising or browser-storage code.

When hosted, Cloudflare processes ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the website through its global network. Do not enter a real sign-in code into this preview.

Planned staff service

The invitation-only staff service is being prepared to use staff names, verified phone numbers, departments, properties, authorised responsibilities and access status, together with job reports, actions and photos or other work attachments. Optional staff profile photos are planned; none are collected here.

Access will be limited by organisation, property and permitted responsibilities. Authorised staff may see jobs at their site. Supervisors and management will review work within their assigned access. Operational attachments require authorised access and are not public files.

The selected Supabase staff database project is in London. Durable staff attachment storage is not enabled yet. This does not mean all processing, SMS delivery or website requests stay in London. The full staff privacy notice must identify active services, retention periods, staff rights and support arrangements before real onboarding begins.
